Jazz music at The Radium on the first Sunday of every month.The longest running jazz show in Johannesburg, for over twenty five years at The Radium. Enjoy superb jazz musicians, Sunday lunch time, once a month. Cover charge R70.00 Please note there are no Sunday jazz performances in January 2015.

The Radium Jazz band, who play every Friday night are a Jazz trio of piano,bass and drums, who play traditional jazz with a modern touch. Very popular vibey evening, not to be missed. No cover charge

Satellite' 79

Satellite'79 play classic pop rock songs. They have performed to full houses at the Radium several times during the week in the past, this is their debut Saturdays evening show. They have just recorded their debut album, scheduled to released soon. This band are superb live and their choice of unusual cover songs always go down so well with the audiences. Neill Solomon and Steve Fataar (The Flames)

Popular singer, song-writer, pianist Neill Solomon and his band will perform a separate set at the radium in addition to Steve Fataar and his band performing thereafter. This will be Neill's first Radium performance of 2015, his live performances are not to be missed as he really knows how to deliver on stage at the same time working his audience to the best of his ability. South African music icon Steve Fataar delivers poignant, beautiful stories in songs. Best known as a member of SA hit group 'The Flames' Steve has toured Europe with the 'Beach boys' and Australia with the 'Rolling Stones'. He has also performed 2 concerts at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Steve now lives in Durban and seldom performs in JHB. 2 brilliant acts for the price of 1!! Advance booking is essential. The Black Cat Bones

This band play original rock and blues music of the highest standard! Their 2 previous Radium shows this year have been sold out well in advance, such is their popularity. The Bones are the best live band currently performing in SA, they have been awarded as such. They have released 3 albums to date and have just recorded their 4th album due for release early 2016. Kathy Raven

Blues singer, Kathy Raven proves time after time just how popular her brand of music is to her audiences. Kathy usually performs with other very professional musicians in her backing band and she invariably invites some musician friends to join her on stage during her performances. This hard working singer, song-writer always does well at the Radium, so please insure you book well in advance. Cover charge R90.00

Wendy Oldfield

This will be Wendy's 2nd Radium performance of 2015. Wendy, well known for her hit singles like 'Acid Rain', 'Don't stop believing', 'Miracle' and 'Real World' seldom performs in JHB as she lives in the Wildernes - Eastern Cape. She was the lead vocalist of the 80's SA band 'Sweatband' who had hits like 'This boy' and 'Tonight'. Wendy will be performing with a band for this show and no doubt she will be singing her well known songs and some of her more recent compositions from her latest album 'Supernova'. Wendy is a brilliant live performer who possesses one of the best voices in the business so please don't miss her show as she usually sells out at the Radium. Cover charge R100.00

Brian Finch and Wayne Coughlan

Legendary South African singer, song- writer, guitarist, Brian Finch returns to the Radium after 2 sold out shows earlier this year. Brian will be accompanied by multi- talented guitarist, Wayne Coughlan for this show. He will be singing some of his well known songs together with some of his relatively new songs from his new album 'Living for yesterday'.
